Fitness tip of the day...

Did you overeat this holiday weekend? Don't feel guilty about it, because it is O.K. to let go every now and then. But, recommit today to eat well and keep exercising


Ye..memang saye overeat hujung minggu lalu n mebi itu yang menyebabkan saya mengalami kemurungan tahap moderate n rasa bersalah yang ntah ape2...

ok laaa petang ni saye g joging arr..nak lari sungguh2 pusing padang 18 kali leh tak...??
