Malas toll nak kije rini..maklumlaaa dah 4 hari cuti..cuti2 malaysia...semua benda dah buat except preparing question...
4 hari yang sebuk ngn agenda makan..p saya makan sedikit tapi kerap...sikit kew....??Bulimia kah saya kerana setiap kali timbang not even 1/2 kg kurang...that coz me feel guilty to put rice in my mouth or and munching...what happen to all the tiredness running everyday, ball exercise, penat taw..n hari ni saya rasa kepala saa sakit sangat mebi tak cukup nasik dalam badan. Tadi lunch dengan nasik jelantah lagi...n kempunan ikan keli bakar yang x masak lagi...
mebi saye x patut beriye2 sangat kot..just slow and steady..let the weight loss naturally wtout any slimming product etc..jus watch out my diet...n exercise again n again...
arghhh lambatnya 5.30..nak balik...
